New and looking for help to make it to goal!
Hi! I joined this forum about a year ago, but haven't been active with it for along time!
I losted about 85 pounds last year, but have gained 35 back. I used the 6 Week Body Makeover, and have now recommitted myself to it. Due to some health issues, I find this plan works the best for me. I am already down about 7 in the last 2 weeks.
I have been lurking on this site for two days and find its time to join in. I really need the motivation to get the rest of the way to my goal.
