Hi everyone,
I've been lurking here for a few months, and decided to finally post something.
I live in Los Angeles, and have crazy hours because of my job. But I'm not letting that be an excuse anymore not to eat right and exersize.
Right now I am a "calorie counter" and exersize 5-6 days a week. It's been working so far, so I think I'll keep it up.
Thanks to everyone who posts and shares their stories on this site, because lurkers like me enjoy reading it and find lots of useful information even if we don't post often ourselves.
