Hi out there! I am new here...

  • [Hello to all! I am new at this message board thing. I am in need of a lot of support! I have had one heck of a year so far. I have fallen off the work out wagon and am eating myself crazy! I help my dad on our family dairy farm, and about a month ago, he was in a really bad tractor accident. He is okay, 3 broken ribs and very bruised, but okay. Well, after all that mess, I have given my all to my family and have given nothing to me. I am having trouble with anxiety and stress. I know I need to get back on the workout wagon, but I just feel so drained. I have started the eating for life program, minus the exercise right now, and that helps with my hunger. Any advise on how to get my tush back on track? I have lost almost 100 pounds in the past 2 years, with WW but I am just so sick of counting points and I have been at a stand still with no loss in over a year. I have managed to stay at the same weight, but if things don't get better, I am afraid I will eat myself back to a size 22! I have stayed at a size 14 ish and that is okay, but a size 10 is better! Thanks for listening to me rant!!!
  • Welcome. Have you tried calorie counting? There are threads for just about everything just find one or more that interest you and start posting. I use fitday.som to track my food but there are others. If yopu have any questions there are tons of supportive people here to help and no question is too silly (believe me we discuss everything).
