I introduced myself yesterday and appreciate the comments that I recieved. I think one of my problems is that I can't decide "which" diet to try!! I have been on WW and liked it, but I don't know if it is the best. I am wondering if just counting calories will work, or if I need to try Atkins or South Beach. I heard on Good Morning America yesterday, that Atkins really works. I read about South Beach and thought it sounded good, too. It starts off like Atkins. I would love to hear from some of you on the different diets that you are on and if they are working. I just feel so confused!

But I eat other things as well--I eat an average of 1300 cals per day and including exercise, burn an average of 2000 cals per day, and over time that has produced the weight loss you see below (roughly 1.2 pounds per week).
