Hello fellow members, I'm brand new here today, I seen the website in a magazine and thought I would give it a look and here I am. My doctor said I have to loose some weight and not to use much salt, or no salt, you all know what that means, "high blood pressure", and I'm only 41. So I guess its time to take my health to heart. As with a lot of people I have tried everything, and I hate dieting, but now I have to, for my sake, and for my family's sake.
So I've jumped on the band wagon, and this time I'm gonna do it, my next doctors appointment is early next month, and I hope to have lost between 5 and 10 pounds by then. Wish me luck!
