I was on this site about a year ago after having my second baby, a friend recommended the great WW recipes...since then I have GAINED another 10lbs and just feel terrible. My eating just seems to be totally out of control and I cant seem to get motivated to work out. I will be rejoining WW this weekend and my workout will hopefully start again soon. Am here for motivation and to hear others great secrets! Looking forward to lots of fun!
Welcome back! Rejoining WW sounds like a good move. I hope you also get back to your exercise program--or "activity" is a more neutral word. ("Workout" always sounds too hard to me! heh)
Keep us posted on your progress! You can succeed--you just have to get started and stick with it. Sounds simple, I know, and it's not quite that easy, but it does get results.
