hi everyone!!
hi everyone... I am 25 years old and from the bay area. I used to be 147 (max weight) and now I am at 136. My goal is to be 115 by mid-May when I go to europe (2 lb loss a week).
I've always had a weight problem, but it was more of being 5 lbs overweight. I was originally a size 4/5 but now i'm 8/10, with 30% body fat. My original weight is around the 120 range and over the years i can of let myself go by eating unhealthy food, not working out, and having a lax attitude. One day, I realized that i REALLY let myself go - I hardly went out in public or had much of a social life. I always felt self-conscious, wearing baggy clothes. It took me a while to realize that I had lost my confidence and 6 weeks ago I decided it was time to win it back by making a lifestyle change. My regime consists of a 1200 calorie diet and going to the gym 3-4x a week. I mstly do cardio but im trying to step up the game and start doing weights.
