Default I'm new here

I also just read the article in O Magazine. I need to lose weight, my Dr tells me that if I don't start exercising my bones will turn into dust in 5 years. High cholesterol, high blood pressure. I'm 4' 10 1/2" at 160 lbs. I'd like to see my weight between 110 to 120. According to BMI that is still obese. I'm almost 56, I've yoyoed for the past 30 years. Menopause doesn't help either, "let's slow down the metabolism let her be more efficient in storing that fat". I need help.
