Hello everyone. I guess I should introduce myself. I just found this website tonight, I was searching the internet for a support group for weight loss. A couple of years ago, I lost a lot of weight. Then found out that I was pregnant. It was all down hill from there. Well, the baby is now a year and a half old and it is way past time for me to loose this weight. I have never been "skinny" my entire life, when I lost the weight, it was the first time that I had ever lost any weight. I felt better than I have ever felt. I want to feel that way again. It was wonderful going into the store and actually finding something that looked nice and not the same ole thing. It is Saturday and I am hoping to start my diet in the morning. Anyone know of any good ones?
