I found this site in Oprah mag. and thought id give it a try. I'm 38 years old and have always struggled with my weight. I want to lose weight and keep it off and I'm hoping to meet some folks with the same goals and find some positive encouragement! Looking forward to getting to know yall!!!!

Tina ... don't let that insecurity thing get to you. There really are lots of folks here who want to help you. If you get skipped or someone posts past you or whatever ... it is not about you! This is just such a big place!

I joined just recently, and yes, this is a busy place. I have been checking out different forums, trying to figure this all out. I guess just look around and then jump in somewhere that interests you.
