Hi I've been doing sb for abput a month now. I found stage one to be relatively easy (thanks to nightly sugar free fudge pops) I found thatafter a day or 2 of NO CARBS I lost any desire for them (they even sounded yucky). This is amazing seeing as I would actually wake up around 2:30 am craving something sweet or raw potatoes every night. I basically lived on pasta and bread centered foods.
Now I find that if I eat a good protien meal for breakfast I have to remind myself to eat lunch. I just don't get hungry. When I do eat a carb at breakfast I seem to be hungry all day long .
I have lost about 10 pounds so far and thats with a couple pasta/carb days having attacted my efforts. And very little exercise because I've had a lot of foot trouble.
This is a great diet. Just enjoy the great food options and don't think of it as a diet, think of it as just a change of menu. Change is good.
