Hello everyone...I'm a 29 yr old african american woman who is DESPERATELY trying to lose my baby weight from having my first child 2 1/2 years ago. I really need MOTIVATION!!! and wanted to know if there were any other women on here from the Baltimore/D.C. area. If so...please let me know, maybe that way we can encourage each other to lose weight. I also wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions on THE BEST WAY to lose weight, and what has worked for you. My goal is to lose 50 lbs. Any suggestions?????
What has worked for me has been counting calories every day, and also counting calories burned through exercise. I use a computer tracker because it's easier for me to do it that way. It's the old calories in versus calories out, and it's been working so far.
