Hello. I am a 35 years old and wishing there was a magic wand to get this weight off. I have struggled all of my life(since puberty) with being overweight. I need motivation and support. I am not following any particular diet except common sense eating. New freinds are welcome.

I was much heavier than you several years ago and know how it is to WANT to lose but to see the goal so far ahead in the distance! My best advice is to choose small goals, meet them and then make newer small goals. Before you know it you will be where you want to be.

I'd recommend FITDAY. Since I got going on this free site, I have gotten off the plateau that I was on for a very long time. Here's the web address:

Hi there newfannie07. I'm from MO also. I'm not quite 30 yet but trying to losing pregnancy weight now that we're done. I wish you the best of luck. And I think you'll really like this place.
