I've been reading this board for a few days now. Wow......... you guys are such an encouragement! I LOVE reading through the goals section and seeing the before and after pictures.
I've been on the weightloss journey off and on for years now. I know you can all relate
Anyways, this is my 1001 time and this time I'm going to be successful at taking it off and KEEPING it off.
I'm following the WW points, but doing it at home. I'd joined WW about 8 years ago, but quit. I was there long enough though to get all the points info and books. This time I started it after the New Years & joined a gym, but after 3 weeks I "fell off the wagon". 2 weeks ago was my worst when I constantly consumed chips and ate 9 Haagen Dasz ice cream bars myself.
Last week I started back on WW and this morning I went back to the gym. My daughter teaches at the gym, so I really need to go with her when she goes.......... I KNOW I feel better after I've gone...... It's just getting there.
I've got at least anotber 40 pounds to lose. I was still down 10 pounds from my attempt in the fall. I'd like to be down another 50, but I'll focus on the 40 for now. I'm not sure what I've lost in the last week. I've decided to only weigh myself once a week, so tomorrow morning I'll see.
A question......... where do you all get your 3fatchicks ticker??? I can't find it on the site. I like how some of you have 2......... one main one and the other short goal one.
Sorry for being so long winded here. I probably won't post a lot. Not a lot of time with so much time spent reading all the posts here. This is an awesome board.
