RoseAnne Give yourself a break, you have had two children in less than two years, and your new baby is only 3 weeks old. Give yourself time, start by eating healthier meals , and give yourself time , it is awfully soon to expect to be back to prepregnancy weight.You could ask your doctor what he/she suggests, or check the forums there are many diets to choose from. I personally count calories , I plan my meals and keep a food diary, I log every thing I eat. Don't be so hard on yourself, You will be gorgeous again.It takes time though.
