Angry So tired of the lifetime struggle!!!

Good morning! I'm sure most of us here have been fighting this demoness battle our entire lives. I get so frustrated with myself. Why can't I stay disciplined? *sigh*

awwhhh. Don't be down. Yes, it is a struggle and yes we all have down days...

Maybe this is just a down day for you? Tomorrow's another day so when you first wake up make sure you decide you're going to have a good one As you can probably tell, I'm having a 'good' day today - but that's cos it's only my first one of this chapter anyway.

Come on, chin up. You can do it and you can enjoy doing it, just maybe not today.

Yes, normally I am always 'up'. Aren't we all, in the presence of others? ;o) I saw the infomercial this morning for Shawn T's Hip Hop Abs and was all psyched up to buy it. But, I really can't afford it right now, and figured it'd probably just be another figurine on my shelf of workout tapes. This too, shall pass. Thanks for the support. =)

Being that I'm new today too I know exactly how you feel but, Spring is coming and I think this is a good time for us to start. Keep your chin up.....you can do this!

I know how you feel, I've definitely been there. It's helped me to look at it in a different way. Healthy habits don't have to be terrible, stressful, unpleasant... The biggest part of the stress is judging ourselves for not being perfect. Think about how silly it would be if we complained about other things we feel we want to do or feel we should or have to. I'm so tired of having to spend a lifetime of everyday .... spending my time on.... going to work, sleeping, doing laundry......

When healthy habits are part of your life, and not what you feel you have to do before you are able to have a life, you haven't wasted a second. Maybe you have to revamp your diet/exercise plan (or maybe like I did, just your thinking about it) to make it a more pleasant part of your life, rather than something punishing you have to endure to get to the good part of your life.

Just a thought (that at least sofar) seems to be working for me.
