It really does make all the difference in the world to have somebody you love on your side! I have been dating my boyfriend for the last year and a half, and he is also so supportive! He is into weightlifting and is TOTALLY BUFF!!! Now this might be rather pathedic, but it worked for me, but he often invites me to go to the gym with him, and of course I go so I can just spend as much time with him as possible, he works a lot, so I walk on the treadmill while I watch him pump iron, and let me tell you, watching him gets me all sorts of worked up and I really busted a move on that treadmill!
lol Seriously, in the last year I've lost about 25-30 lbs!!
Anyway, I still have about 25 lbs. left to go, and I want to start toning so I took a weight lifting class myself up at the college here.
