I haven't been following a formal plan. I've been counting calories, cutting out fast food, no junk food in the house and exercing - at least that's what I was doing until December. All that Christmas food and grazing started up bad habits again. I've been thinking I may need to start on a plan just to get me back in the routine of being disciplined.
Plus I dropped 35 pounds last year only to have some of it creep back on over the last 2 months.
