I just wanted to introduce myself. I've never belonged to a group quite like this one. I've been overweight since I was a little girl, and have been emotionally dealing with the issue since I can remember. I've attempted to lose weight MANY times over the years. I truly want to do it this time. I've said those words many times before. I want nothing more than for them to stick. Anyway, I hope to use this site as a place to find strength and keep me motivated. I wanted to thank everyone for making a community like this available.

Hello and welcome! I'm pretty new here myself but joining this site has been the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. Have a good look around and you'll find a place that you're comfortable with to post regularly. I've also found that posting regularly has made me feel in some way "accountable" which has the effect of keeping me on track more than I would be otherwise.

Welcome, I'm relatively new too. I discovered the site in summer and forgot about it. Now I'm serious about making changes and this seems to be a great place to be.

Welcome! I used to use the sight allot a couple years back. Got away from it, and now I am back. I hope that you will find it as helpfull and inspirational as I do. There are so many great people here.
