Hi, I'm new to 3fatchicks. I am hoping that by next year this time there will be less of this chick. The doctor has my husband walking because of a heart attack and every time he walks, I walk with him. That is proving to be good for both of us. Now I need to cut back on snacks (my weakness) and begin to practice my portion control.
I look forward to giving and receiving encouragement on this forum.

What you're doing for your hubby is great- if there's one thing my grandma taught me was to lead by example!!! I'm doing the same for my hubby- who has diabetes. I wish both of you the best of luck, make sure you stick to your guns it will be worth it for both of you.
