Hi everyone! My name is Kat, I'm 24, single, live in New Hampshire. I have a full time job, part time job, and part time grad school, so I'm pretty busy. I have one kitten named Dewey. My main hobbies are reading and knitting.
I haven't weighed myself in a while so I will weigh tonight to post my starting weight - my guess is around 155. I think my goal, to start with, will be 129 - nice to see the 120s again! (I'm about five feet tall.) My main focus, though, is just on getting healthier, not on the numbers. I am not following any particular plan, just trying to make better choices.
