Default New to LAWL
Hi Everyone,

I've been on LAWL for about a week. I have 145 total pounds to lose, and they tell me I can lose it all by next March! I just turned 40 and next March sounds like the promised land!

I am looking forward to meeting other LAWL members out there and swapping stories. I'm still trying to recover from the shock of the cost, but it has kept me on track so far! I have not worked out since starting, because I wanted to see how much I could lose just following their diet plan. I will start working out after my weigh in tomorrow.

I wish you all lighter days ahead!
