hi everyone i am new to this forum and so excited for have found you. i have struggled with weight loss my whole life and i really would like to stop struggling. any suggestions you have i would truly appreciate

Welcome and good luck to you. This is the right place for support and encouragement. Don't look at this as a diet, look at it as a life style change. The word "diet" usually makes me fail. Also, if you make it a life style change, the weight will stay off.

Thanks Missiea. i have been down this road before, but i want to stay down the road forever this time. i am 43 and want to have my weight issue controlled by age 50. i am very short so buying clothes is a nightmare, and my extra weight is starting to show up in my blood pressure so no meds yet and i want to keep it that way thanks for the advice. take care
