Hello everybody! I am brand new here. I have always struggled with weight and/or body image issues. At this point in my life I am starting to worry about how my weight and eating habits are affecting my health. I have a one year old baby, and want to be around for him!!! When I got pregnant I weighed 223 lbs, and went up to about 250. I lost the pregnancy weight pretty quickly, I think because of breastfeeding. I know weigh 205, although the holidays may have upped that a bit

I would like to get to 160, but I haven't been there for about a decade and it seems so impossible.
Anyway, I am just looking for some support as I am feeling pretty stuck right now. Looking forward to getting to know you
