Hello Everyone!
I am new to 3 Fat Chicks and am excited to recieve support and learn from other's success stories while I am on my way to my own. Over the past year I have lost 30 lbs just to gain it back (all within the same year). I am now motivated to get to the gym and make smarter diet choices, but I know it will be hard. I look forward to this year being the year I meet my goals and become a more healthier me. Look forward to talking with you!
