Thumbs up Not really new here but I'm back after a long absence...
About a year and a half ago I came here and shortly after that I fell apart and went back to the old ways of thinking. I had lost 60 lbs by that point and I have managed to gain it all back again. This is sad but I feel really energized now because yesterday I rejoined WW and I'm completely encouraged! It feels good to know that This web site is here for us. Thanks for letting me come back!

Welcome back, Cara! Good for you for taking that first big step by rejoining WW, and by coming back here! Post often and read the NSV's, they really keep you motivated and on track. Don't forget to check out the WW and 100 lb. club forums as well! Good luck!
