Good Morning, Hello all!! I'm from Louisiana and i'm back on the diet mission...i started at 250 and im down to 230...then i slacked off a bit and gained 6 lbs back , but i lost those and back to 230 i am...my GOAL is 160...
I would love to find people that like to email back and forth or I.M. and do group chats...maybe if we can find enough people that want to do this....we can keep each other motivated...I have no problem losing the weight...it's just a problem with staying MOTIVATED!
Feel free to drop me a line or IM anytime... I sit at a computer all day during the week so I'm pretty much always around! I'm in Boston and am 26 years old. I find that the more ways I have to hold myself accountable the better off I am! My starting weight in early November was 238 and I am currently at 222 (a 16 lb loss so far) and my ultimate goal is 140. I just successfully survived the holidays maintaining my 16 pound loss....didn't lose anything but I didn't gain anything either so I'm right back up on the wagon again.
I also post on the daily commitments thread in the 100lb club. Its a great bunch with lots of daily encouragement!
Great Job!!!! during the holidays is where i gained my 6lbs back but glad i lost them again...thanks so much for your response!!!!
