One comment I would make is to be careful setting deadlines for weight loss goals. The scale isn't really fully under our control -- weight loss isn't linear, even when we do everything right. And then we can do lots right and just lose slower than we want to. I see a lot of people set goals, not meet them, feel like failures and quit. They may have lost a lot of weight, but because it wasn't at the pace they wanted, they gave up!
you might want to think about the things that are under your control and focus on them... like how many days you exercise, or stick to your plan, etc.
Also, remember that while you're motivated today, it's not going to be like that every day. I think we need plans in place for when the motivation isn't there.
