Default It's just me, a 21-year-old fellow from Finland.

Yep, as stated on the topic, I'm a 21-year-old male from Finland.
I reside in the souther Finland and have been born and living here all my life.

I started getting some excess weight on my shoulders in my preteens. The situation just got worse over time and I weighed almost 450 lbs 18 months ago. I don't like the pound system, and I need to convert kg's to lbs via Google, but that's just a side note.

Then something struck me, was that really the person I wanted to be?
So my life went upside down and I changed everything. Eating and exercising habits were of course the most noticeable ones.

I haven't reached my goal yet, but I haven't lost my motivation and if everything goes as planned, I should have reached my goal not later than next summer. My height is by the way 186cm which is.. (well, you can convert it yourself.. =)

Actually I don't have that much spare time just now to finish my introduction, but I hope I'm welcome. I have been reading 3fatchicks.com and especially the forums for some time now, but not until now did I get the motivation to register myself.

You've done very well! Congratulations! Welcome to 3FC. There are lots of wonderful threads, challenges, etc.

What changes have you made in your eating habits to lose weight?
