    Hi friends -

    Didn't realize I have been off here for over a month! I was off track for a while, but kept my weight off. Getting back on tomorrow, 7/31. Is anyone around??

    Hi, Cactus. I kept stopping by, but was all alone. This morning, I am down 54.5 pounds, Starting to phase out.
