Default salt

How do you get your salt in every day? I am not a huge salt-lover other than on french fries and potato chips lol.
I had at first only been sprinkling it here and there on my food but I know it wasn't enough.
I saw a Youtube video when looking up Ideal Protein reviews and I saw one woman who dissolves it into warm water every morning and drinks it. I've been doing that the past 3 days. It's gross, but it gets it down. Not sure how important it is to make sure I get the full amount of salt in....I am doing this coach-less. I want to maximize my weight-loss for sure so want to try my best to get it all in.
What are you doing? Do you know how the salt intake affects our progress? Thanks!

I love salt so this isn’t something I worry about. I liberally salt my food.
I put it in my chocolate protein cakes and hot chocolate as it enhances the chocolate flavor.
I salt my Turkey sandwich and my vegetables and my soup,
I also get sodium in my electrolytes.

I was going to say the same as Ro, I salt my food during cooking and after plating. I have known some folks who dissolve it in water. Salt lover in the house!

Thanks ladies.
I am not enjoying this salt beverage in the morning so I think I will just try to salt my food more. I will try adding some to my chocolate/coffee in the morning, sounds like that could be tasty.
