No breaky (I know, I'm 'bad' that way but I get ill if I eat too early, and have two different sets of meds that need to be taken on an empty stomach and separated from each other.) Lg. mug of black coffee
Lunch 1:30: large celery stick cut into pieces with a bit of hummus (alt group) more veg. later.
1/2 can of tuna, with Indian hot lime pickle (counts as 1 oil serving)
IP Jalapeno Cheddar crisps (FINALLY IP made some savoury crunchy packets gluten free certified!)
I'll update when I do up dinner.
OK, dinner 7pm: 6 slices of processed cheese eaten while preparing dinner ()
3c fresh mushrooms and red pepper strips sauteed in non stick pan with EVOO, topped with a couple tablesp of Classico pasta sauce sitting next to....

"MUST STOP NOW!" Has been my quote of 2020-2021! This Monday I quit...so far so good! (it's only Wednesday...lol...one day at a time!).
B - protein shake, coffee
L - 1 c cucumber, 1 c red pepper
Sn - pure protein chocolate peanut butter bar
D - 6 oz ground beef, 2 c roasted cabbage, oil
Sn - mint hot chocolate
Water, vitamins
No breaky, 4 slices of deli ham at 'lunch' (4:30pm)
Dinner: Lovely prawns with broccoli and a bit of red bell pepper in a homemade Thai yellow curry. I'm counting the fat in the coconut milk as my oil for the day.
Evening snack: Vega protein powder shake - chocolate
