Day 5- feeling much better!
 
I am feeling so much better today Hurray!
My energy level is better and I was not very hungry. Makes me wonder why I didn’t do this a long time ago.

My goal is to lose 30 by April 1st.
How about you all?

It’s a great feeling when you don’t crave anything. I’m looking to lose around 20 pounds. I don’t have a specific timeframe, I’ll get there when I get there 🙂.

Good Morning!

Well, back at it again!! My third time starting again and yet I still haven’t learned .... frustrated with myself. Lost all my weight quite a few years ago, now at my highest weight ever. Having trouble getting back into it again. Good Luck to everyone!!!

I'm on board! Looking to lose 45lbs. I'm doing alternatives this month and if I'm not successful I will find a clinic that I like in Feb. I tried a clinic near me last year but they did not really know anything about IP. They basically just sold products. I've been very successful in the past with a clinic doing IP products and also successful using alternative products. Happy New Year everyone!

So happy to see some activity here! I'm doing well and I'm not going to weigh myself until the end of the month! I'm doing it on my own as well with Alternatives, so I don't have access to the new sheet. But if you got were the internet's in the next couple weeks I'm sure it will pop up! I don't think there are that many changes but there are some from what I have heard. Wishing everyone a wonderful day and keep doing this! The 4th of July is 26 weeks from today and where do you want to be at that time?

Down 4.5 lbs. this week. Watching the guys eat their chicken wings while watching the football game. I'm journaling my food and realized I didn't eat any veggies today. Green beans for a bed time snack. Yuck! How is everyone else doing?

Well, my first two weeks went well despite the freezing cold weather and only wanting comfort food; unfortunately, Friday started with a minor cheat and has now lead to a full-blown cheat day on Saturday. Feeling depressed and guilty, but yet cannot seem to stop myself . . .
