welcome to the last full month of summer!
now i’m just starting ideal protein. myself and my mom are doing it together! since we pretty much weigh the same we’re kinda making it a contest lol and i feel like the internet could be great accountably soo here we go let’s kill this last month!
now my kinda “end date” is the end of november cause we’ll this sh!t is expensive lol so i’m gonna be buckled down hard these next few months to really give it my all ! and i hope some of you guys join me !

31- 186.0(i’m not ok with this i’m not gonna lie i was pretty much gonna call it quits today.. but i’m not gonna i know i need this i know i need to feel comfortable in my own skin. i’m gonna keep at it: i am going to re evaluate my goal weight through i feel like im stressing over my weight number appossed to my health and how i feel. I’m sure we all have “those jeans” am i right? lol well my new goal is to be comfortable in those jeans, whatever that weight might be - so be it ! RANT OVER dont give up guys ! ❤️❤️❤️
