Need Help...Phase 1 Recipes - ideal protein
Hey Everyone,

I usually keep my dinners simple. The most common ones for me are fish (baked or grilled) with a steamed or roasted vegetable, tofu stir fry, or omelettes for when I'm really lazy.
These are all fast and simple, but you can change them up to create almost endless possibilities. Choose a new kind of fish/meat, trade the roasted vegetable for a side salad, change up the seasonings, etc. and you have a completely new meal. |
