Need Help...Phase 1 Recipes - ideal protein

Hey Everyone,

I am new to ideal protein (on day 9) was hoping if some of you could share supper meal plans for phase 1.

I am struggling with trying to prepare meals for myself. Any ideas? Or tips?

Any help would be great!

Thanks!

I bought the Janeva's Ideal Recipes Cookbook. I love it. The crack slaw is awesome.

I have it, too. It is really wonderful! Definitely IP compliant! Once you know what works as an alternative, just switch those ingrdients out. The only one I have never found a good alternate for is the potato puree. Editted to add: Found one!!!!!https://dixiediner.com/shop/category...-potato-mixes/

:DHer cookbook is well worth the price.

I usually keep my dinners simple. The most common ones for me are fish (baked or grilled) with a steamed or roasted vegetable, tofu stir fry, or omelettes for when I'm really lazy.

These are all fast and simple, but you can change them up to create almost endless possibilities. Choose a new kind of fish/meat, trade the roasted vegetable for a side salad, change up the seasonings, etc. and you have a completely new meal.
