Hello! I went through my Paleo cookbooks hoping to salvage some recipes I can use for IP dinners. Several of them call for coconut aminos and I have no idea how to tell if that is ok for IP? If not, what's a good substitute?
From Googling, I see that it's used as a gluten free substitute for soy sauce and soy sauce is allowed on IP so I assume it is ok but just wanted to check.
