Caffeine 'helps' IP???
I have been reading lots of old threads and just stumbled upon this statement 'I know caffeine helps IP so I am taking a caffeine supplement', is this true?
I am not a coffee drinker, have gone off tea and ditched the Coke Zero so I am totally caffeine free. Should I be having some caffeine? All I drink is water (not flavoured in any way). Thanks!
