Slender Blend

    Hi,

    Wondering if anyone knows if The Slender Blend shake by Protein World is compatible as an alternative to Ideal Protein.

    Any input would be appreciated!!

    Looking at the Slender Blend nutrional information shows a 40g serving (no milk - you'd have to use water) has 1 gram over the high range for protocol and only .2 grams over the Carb grams for unrestricted.

    35gr serving would put you in protocol.

    [Unrestricted: Protein 12-23 grams ONLY; Net Carbs 8 grams or less; Fat less than 30% of calories]
