    What happened to the face book page? I went searching to sign up and it is gone. I read that is was the one with the vegetables for the pic. I could have sworn it was there last week. I guess that shows me for putting it off

    The Ideal Protein Alternates Facebook page is still there but it is a closed group & you have to join / be accepted to be able to see and post to the page

    Still there with 14,800 members. Be sure you type n Ideal Protein Alternatives. Select the one with the picture of veggies and request to join at the top of the page.
