Thank you so much! I do see those videos first thing in the morning with my coffee. And yes, since the slip up I have gotten back on track and something positive came out of it. I was stuck at 151 for some time and this morning the scale showed 148, which is fabulous. Maybe it gave my system a restart. Who knows! But I am never cheating again. Lol

Fabulous! Congratulations.

Thank you. Let's see what the week brings in :)

My week 4 weigh in, was Saturday, and I've dropped another 4lbs. Total weight loss is 16.4. But I'm beginning to have issues with the big "C". My coach gave me a few samples of Calm. Anyone tried this?

It's an awesome achievement. Way to go! I am sorry what did you mean by big "C"?

Prerna - the big C is constipation!

Oops! My bad. For me, luckily that problem didn't happen. Good luck on that aspect

Princessdimd: Another avenue to go for "C" is to take Smooth Move tea or drop your calcium supplement level (calcium is very 'binding.') As long as you are taking a fairly hefty dose of D3 you will be fine about osteoporosis. Besides it's only temporary. Make sure you get lots of water and all your oil. It also helps to get out and move a bit...so head out for a brisk walk every day.

Thanks for the tip Liana. I'm definitely going to give Smooth Move a try.

Metamucil helps!

For constipation, I am now doing a scoop of Metamucil every single day and it is making a big difference. Well worth it even thought I hate the flavor/consistency. I had surgery a week ago but am still losing. I am still so happy with this protocol. 13 pounds to hit my main goal, 18 pounds to be a little below goal as a cushion. My clothes are now huge and the next size down is starting to feel loose too. Best feeling ever to have to shop for smaller sizes.

I take swiss kriss just about every day/ every other day. It is a convenient herbal pill and safe like smooth move. you may have to switch it up...i found smooth move stopped working after awhile.
