Default Vitamin D and Enzymes

Hi all,

Does anyone know why the amount of total vitamin D in the daily collection of IP supplements is so low? I am thinking of adding a Vit D supplement 2000 IU. Good idea? Bad idea?

Also, have you found that the Enzymes help with digestion issues or with constipation?

Thanks!

My doc suggests 2000 for me. I get 1200 from supplements and hopefully the rest from my diet. I should re-look at my levels but I take so many pills (supplements) for different things right now anyhow - I'm sick of pills. Never had digestive issues and the big C was easily fixed with a spoonful of Milk of Magnesia in my case.
