Default Alternative IP- what to write for coach?

Thanks for all of the alternative IP foods that will hopefully keep the weight loss coming and allow me to maintain a budget. Anyway, thanks for all of the advice and resources on alternative foods but I was curious what I should write or report to our IP coaches. I went to Costco and bought the Pure Protein bar packs, as they didn't have the Detour bars...and so what should I write on my weekly sheet? Do I write an equivalent IP food or a nutritional IP equivalent? Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

You can just write bar. Depending on how food and purchases are monitored at your clinic they may eventually figure out you are buying less food from them.

Watch the Pure Protein bars as only a few fit within the nutritional guidelines to fit protocol.
