Has been way too long since I have checked in here! I started in March 2015 and am still going strong. My original goal was 130 and at home I weighed in at 138.6 so I am getting so close now. I think I may go down an additional 2-5 lbs from that goal for wiggle room for phases 2,3,4 but will see when I get there.

I have loved this program so much - it has changed my life. I have gone from size 12/14 to size 6/8 and actually bought a pair of size 4 jeans yesterday. LOVE IP!

Linda - Ohmygurd I LOVE that dress! And you look fantastic in it!

Frawnie - Congrats on Onederland! We are never going back!!

NeverTooLate52 - Thanks for posting! You have encouraged the lurker in me to come out. It's so great that you are so close to goal! I'm feeling so close I can hardly believe it. I went back and read some old posts I made back in Feb/Mar. I mentioned some of my motivation was being able to wear tank tops and shorts this summer - and I realized that I have totally been able to do that this summer and feel so great!

NSV this weekend - about 15 years ago, I bought a cute dress on clearance in a size 6 and hung it up (for a while) in my room to give me motivation to lose weight. Well, at one point it had just got moved to the back of the closet, and then in a box when I moved. Even though I'm not a size 6 yet, I was able to squeeze into it and actually zip it up in the back this weekend! Part of me really honestly thought I would never fit in that dress, but I have left that part of me behind and am so happy I feel like I can do anything now if I set my mind to it!

Destony 09-01-2015 08:31 AM

I love the NSV's!!
AltK That's awesome!! I am going to go back and reread some of my early posts. I hadn't thought to do that. and Thank you so much!!

hysteria_625 09-01-2015 11:25 AM

AltK - what an awesome NSV!

Linda - glad to see you changed your profile picture - have to admit, I am pretty jealous of your boobs  not to be skivvy, but they look fantastic in that strapless
I barely had a chest to begin with and now am down to a "B" cup. Ugh

Back to work today - sort of happy, sort of not...would rather still be sitting on the beach ;)
DD10's last first day of elementary school went well :cheer:
Yesterday was hectic though - 8 hours at the car dealership but we made a great deal on our new vehicle and walked away with what we wanted for a decent price :) Now we are just locked into our house for an extra 10 years. I am really happy DH got the vehicle he wanted. We've worked hard (and will continue to) and it's paid off. Even though its "his" truck, I love it too and it drives like a dream...but I'll be too busy in the passenger seat playing with the gadgets

NSV - I was shocked today - a co worker I NEVER thought would say something about my weight loss commented on it :D not seeing me for almost 2 weeks kind of made them go 'whoa' - it was funny

Just noting...so I went back to P1 eating Sunday and my weight has actually crept back up. Obviously there could be multiple factors, including the fact I ate a lot of sodium yesterday due to limited food choices while truck-haggling - but last Thursday morning I was 158.8 (granted, on the scale at the hotel) and am up 1.2 to 160 this morning. The big "C" is definitely not an issue either. I am drinking a lot more water than I was on vacation.
We'll see...maybe it's the P2'ish eating catching up with me, but doubtful.
Still excited I lost at least a little bit while away :D

AltKat - Great NSV. :cp::cp: and now you can keep that dress handy for motivation, it won't be long before you're slipping into it easily ;)

Ahh, Beth, you'll be back on track in a few days, no worries! Looking at the numbers, even at 160, you still have a loss over your vacation, not too shabby! :dancer:

Nice NSV with the compliment from your co-worker. Always nice when someone notices, but especially as you said, it was someone who you never expected to comment. ;)
