Thank you so much! I am so appreciative of this! I do make sure I get my olive oil on my salads at lunch! I also drink too much water to track. Thank you I will up my vegetable uptake. I try to have an extra shake if I work out more than usual or I am craving chocolate badly. I figure its better a shake them a cake. Anyways! I have been mindful of the hidden sugars as well in the vegetables... Almost got tricked one time. I heard that if you arent making normal bowel movements this could stall you out too?
