Default Ideal Protein and water kefir

Does anyone know if water kefir is allowed? The grains pull the sugar so it isn't a super sweet drink. I ferment mine twice, leaving even less sugar. I know diabetics can drink it with no problem but I still feel it may be too much for this diet. The sugar I use is organic rapadura (unrefined and unbleached).

The simple answer to this and most other questions is that if it's not on the P1 sheet, it's not allowed.

The sheet doesn't really give much information on drinks. Herbal tea is allowed. I know people are flavoring their water with different products that are allowed. Neither of which is on the sheet. So, you know, it never hurts to ask. Agree completely with not eating anything that isn't listed. Just curious about the probiotic water.
