I had a great WI to day! Another 3.6 pounds gone! Going back to the basics (100% IP) sure seemed to make a difference. We'll see how next week's WI goes then I'll start subbing in a few alternates here and there again. I've got my eye on Onderland by the end of August. Doing my best to get there!

Way to go, frawniemae!!!

I am not doing as well as I expected since I am undergoing many medical tests at this time. I have gone from being diagnosed last Thursday in emergency with a very bleak prognosis to now waiting confirmation if this is actually the case. Meanwhile the reasoning why I went to emergency is still very much present and painful.

So I am trying my best to keep on the program and limit potential bad choices but sometimes they are the easier / comforting way to go.

I applaud you all who are doing so very well. Congrats and hopefully I will be able to continue with the next challenge free of any obstacles. I will continue with this challenge in hopes of not gaining what I have lost to date.

Have a wonderful Sunday.
(Sorry for the long winded post)

Hugs for you Vivig! Priorities, of course. Do what you can to feed your body healthfully and nourish it while you concentrate on this latest event. Use caring friends & family as your sounding board and support. Listen to some uplifting music you enjoy, read a good book, draw or doodle (art is very therapeutic) to help calm yourself in this time of stress. We are here for you when you need us.
Liana

Congrats frawnie! :broc:

Finally had a 'normal' weigh in this morning (not a Monday)& down -2.2 :)

frawniemae 06-09-2015 09:23 AM

WTG hysteria!! I had a 1.8 pound loss this week but again, when trying to enter it, something went wonky. So...what the chart says doesn't reflect the truth. I'll see if I can't fix it later. Right now I am too aggravated with it to try.

I entered your 1.8 for this week for you frawniemae -- somehow the text color was white instead of black.... could not see the number when it was white text on white background!:dizzy:

I have been on vacation for 2 weeks and have had to post zero's -- I go back to IP official weigh in on Thursday -- hoping for some losses to post in this spreadsheet! Per the home scale I should have about 3 lbs if I can stop cheating with an extra IP restricted in the evening. I have done IP for so many months without having daily hungries, but lately, I am hungry all the time. I have celery in the produce drawer - today I plan to pull it out and gnaw on it if the hungries hit me hard!!!

Thanks Frawnie :) I peeked at the spreadsheet and it looks ok for you now - current weight, etc...

Congrats on another successful week!

Thank you, ladies! I don't know how the text color got changed. Me and this computer are fixin' to have words...And fingers crossed for your weigh in oneuh2!

Well you know what Liana said the last time I had one of those - that I was probably due for a whoosh, and a week later I did!! :D

Bump as a reminder, we are almost there....:carrot:

hysteria_625 06-16-2015 08:40 AM

Yes, we are!

One WI to go and made -25 :)

Big :broc: to us all! Can't wait to see the final numbers, but that's a lot of weight gone forever!

frawniemae 06-16-2015 11:22 AM

Another 1.8 pound loss brings me down a bit over 33 pounds for this challenge.

I would not believe it if it were not really happening.

We've totally got this!!

Bella73123 06-18-2015 01:01 PM

Well I didn't quite make it, I had a late start, but I totalled 21.2, and that's not bad!
