I am pretty sure not bookmarking it is my problem. Not even positive how to do this....I rarely if ever use spreadsheets.

If you were given access, the link in the first post should work.
Otherwise, go to the email you got when you were given access and click that link.

Another pound down for me.....slow and steady on the road to Onederland! LOL...

Also took the time this week to reflect upon my inches lost and not just that scale number. I have lost a lot when you look at those numbers. I also noticed a pattern that I lose about 1 inch a week from somewhere no matter what the scale says.... Keeps me motivated :carrot::carrot:

Week One Down!

My first week weigh in and I am down 4.6 WooHoo!
My micro-mini goal is to be down 8-10 before my surgery on Monday, I am hoping to have a good week. I need to get all of my water in which I know makes a difference. Not as large of a lost as some, but I will take it.
I ate pretty clean before I started IP, just could not get the scale to move. Now it is moving in the right direction. :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:

Wow, some pretty good losses for this week... don't forget to put your weekly weigh in down today.
Mine looks dull & boring at zeros but it's all ok for maintenance :D

Good Morning

Down 2 more pounds!! Woo Hoo :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:
I am going into surgery this morning and I wanted to lose 10lbs by this day, I made it to 7lbs which is fine with me. :carrot::carrot::carrot: See you on the other end, I will probably not post for a good week.

Lisa I wanted to make sure as I add to spreadsheet does it automatically save?

:broc: another week of great losses IPeeps!

I wasn't able to update until this morning though - I can get to the spreadsheet without a problem on my iPhone (via the email) but can't figure out how to update it

Usually iPhones are intuitive & user friendly...wondering if it's the Safari browser? Anyone know?

I'm not all that savvy but I know with the last challenge, a time or two I had no problem updating using my android phone but had to change over to doing it strictly on my computer. Lisa said google changed something (??) and whatever it was caused problems for several peeps when trying to update on their phones. AFA as the browser, I haven't a clue if that's causing the problems or not. I just stick to updating via my laptop now.

Sorry, I'm not much help on the phone end of things... I find the phones are pretty useless as the apps don't have all the features of the full sites. Anything having to do with graphs/charts goes on my desk computer. It automatically updates after I add my numbers and close the application.

I too may have sent more than one as the first one said access denied....Sorry if you get two from me!

Down 1.2 pounds. I wont' have another weigh-in until April 28 due to being out of town until the 24th. That gives me a few days to try to undo any damage that may occur while gone. I don't plan on cheating at all but you never know when you eat out what you're really getting! I'll do the best I can!

Down another 2.2 this week! After a slight gain the first week, I'm happy the last two have been losses.

Great work you two!! :carrot:

Frawniemae - you are so ready for this trip I know you will make good choices and have a wonderful time! :)

@Lisa

Thanks so much for maintaining the spreadsheet, and I just wanted to say how motivating it is to have the total% lost column at the end!! I've achieved nearly 15% of my goal in just 3 weeks. Love it :)

I am moving slowing along this month, but downward, so no complaints!
This week was just a .6 lb loss, but it was a loss of pounds and I'll take it!

Totally agree! I had .2 on my official weigh in day. Was a little discouraged. Next day woke up and was down 3. Go figure!
