Hi today is my 1st day here!!
B tea with a splash of milk and eas strawberry carb control L salad with cucs celery peppers and onion eas French vanilla cc D "taco salad" kids are having burrito bowls. S which ever shake I like better! Ton of water!!! |
B - apple oatmeal w/ cinnamon, coffee w/ ff milk & truvia
S - 2 HB egg salad L - potato/zucchini bread (with fresh basil!), salad S - peanut butter bar, peach-mango drink (if I get my walk in this afternoon) D - turkey burgers w/ veggie, cabbage slaw I think? (can't remember what's on the menu) My day's going to flip-flop a bit, we have a staff lunch at a restaurant that doesn't appear to serve anything I can modify, so I'll have a snack before we go and drink tea or something during lunch. |

B - IP cappuccino with big ol' mug of coffee L - IP chicken a la king with cauli D - Salmon and asparagus S - IP crispy cereal I've decided to only buy what I can stand to eat no matter how many times I have to eat it in a week! So RTD cappuccino, RTD almond yogurt, crispy cereal, chicken a la king, veg chili (only twice a week), the RTE puddings. |
Ok, one of my favorite things in the world to eat is spaghetti aglio e olio. It's super spicy, easy and quick to cook and very satisfying. Obviously, I can't eat it anymore....or can I?
Lunch today is cabbage aglio e olio soup! 2 cups cabbage, 1 onion, 8 oz. chicken, red pepper flakes to taste, 2cups veggie broth, 5 cloves minced garlic. It's sooooooo good! |
