L 1 c mixed lettuce salad with cukes, 'shrooms, celery, radishes and 1 boiled egg drizzled with mix of 1 T homemade chipotle mayo and 1 T WF Chipotle Ranch
D 6 oz Chicken breast with 1T WF BBQ sauce, 1 1/2 c roasted cauliflower/broccoli mix, 1 1/2 c steamed zuke/yellow squash/diced tomatoes, "bread" from IP BrCh soup
S IP raspberry mousse with 1/2 c homemade SF berry/pom jello

L 1 c mixed lettuce, handful of "free" veggies, IP Chicken Noodle Soup
D 8 oz chicken fajita meat, sautéed bell peppers, roasted red pepper sauce, homemade pico de gallo, mockamole, cauliflower tortillas, romaine leaves for backup if tortillas are a fail (saved all my 4 c req'd veg for this meal)
S IP vanilla pudding with nutmeg, hot rooiboso tea

Sn - vanilla drink, 1c cucumbers
D - 3 eggs with 1 c peppers and 1 c mushrooms

Are you missing 1 cup of veggies? I only count 3 unless I'm mistaken.

I started today with a mint chocolate spinach smoothie (green!)

Lunch: veggie omelet

I'm also making the IP-version of Corned Beef & Cabbage that I posted in the Incredible Weight Loss Center recipe thread yesterday.

Snack: Planning on another mint chocolate green smoothie to round out the day :)
