curious if anyone uses the IFTTT application @ https://ifttt.com to help collect data or other. I know some of the fitness application have connection in the app as do spreadsheet apps like Google drive.
I personally use it to auto text me in the AM about makeing good choices. Then later in the day it emails me my after pick from my first time on IP.

They call it recipies. #1 when _____ happens. #2 do this reaction ______.
I dont use myfitnesspal or fitbit type products by they all work with this application. It can do so many things including manipulating your smartphone based on certain conditions.
If you geek out on data collection or otherwise seems like pretty good tool.

I use IFTTT to put my weight into Google Drive... or I did, and then I packed up my Aria scale and haven't unpacked it, yet.

If you use a Fitbit or Jawbone, you can have it keep your number of steps in a Google spreadsheet, too. I use a Misfit Shine, and ... holy crap, the Misfit works with IFTTT, now!

That's great about Jawbone. I have an old Body Media/GoWear Fit that is on its last legs. But, that is great to know I can get my data out. Thanks.
